3. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 24 hours on business days.

5. Returns
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Returns must be arranged through our Customer Service (phone or email).
Products must be returned in perfect condition, inside sealed packaging.
Once the item’s condition is verified, the paid product amount will be refunded.
The transport agency will handle the collection of items to be returned or exchanged.
6. Product Exchanges

Once confirmed, the transport agency will collect the item and deliver the new product at the same time.
The item must be ready and properly packaged for pickup.
This service has a fixed cost of €7, which includes collection, shipping, and delivery of the new item.
Estimated exchange time within mainland Spain is approximately 24 hours.
