Shipping and Returns
Package Shipping As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Shipments are made Monday through Friday. We work with Correos and MRW, and delivery usually takes 24–48 hours. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are always €6, regardless of the number of items purchased. This includes handling, packaging, and postal charges. In case of an exchange, a fee of €7 applies to cover the double shipment: sending the item to be exchanged and collecting the replacement.
Returns Customers have 30 days to return a purchased item. Returns are free of charge. The amount of the returned item will be refunded once it has been received and verified to be in perfect condition.
